Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bf66 ("bf66", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bf66 website located at https://bf66.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").

Account Management

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active bf66 account at any given time. If bf66 determines that you hold more than one account, whether under the same or different names or identities, bf66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets or game rounds associated with those accounts, and retain any deposits made.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bf66 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes. bf66 strongly recommends that all players enable 2FA on their accounts.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bf66 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Verification (KYC)

bf66 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Proof of address (e.g., recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement dated within 90 days);

Account Closure

Any positive real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all applicable KYC and wagering requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Currency

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, bf66 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

bf66 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC verification. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or held by bf66 where: (a) your account KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on your account; (c) you have an open dispute with bf66; or (d) your account is under review for any reason.

Withdrawal Conditions for Bonus Funds

Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being voided.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.

Sports Betting Rules

bf66 offers sports betting markets across a range of disciplines including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, basketball, boxing, kabaddi, and hockey. All sports betting activity on bf66 is subject to the following general rules.

Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from bf66. bf66 reserves the right to void or decline any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system or human error. You will be notified of any voided bet and the relevant stake will be returned to your account balance.

Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 36 hours of its scheduled start time, bets will be settled in accordance with bf66's sport-specific rules, which are available in the bf66 sports betting help section. In the absence of a specific rule, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are suspended automatically during key events (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football) and may be suspended at any time at bf66's discretion. bf66 accepts no responsibility for any inability to place an in-play bet during a suspension period. Bets placed before a key event occurs will be honoured unless the bet was placed after the event in question had already taken place and the platform had not yet reflected the updated state of play.

Maximum Winnings

Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money deposits where permitted by applicable law), and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether using your own details or the details of another person;

Intellectual Property

Privacy & Data Protection
